About me
I build and maintain enterprise HR, payroll, timekeeping, and employee self-service systems at LSTV Inc., where I work across multi-company MySQL and MariaDB databases. A large part of that job is root-cause analysis and edge-case validation on systems people rely on for their paychecks, which is why testing and defect discipline are the parts of the work I care most about. My technical background is mostly PHP, SQL, and JavaScript, and some of my side projects are on GitHub.

- Bank crediting integration — standardized electronic disbursement workflows with automated file generation and account validation across BPI Bizlink, PNB, and MBOS.
- Leave sync & balance engine — reconciled asynchronous HRIS and payroll balance states, with automated repair for duplicate and negative balances.
- Standardized payslip engine — itemized earnings and deductions, multi-cutoff pagination, piece-rate, and leave plotting, adopted platform-wide.
- Timekeeping (DTR) — time-clock entry, open-break and undertime computation, and DTR mass-export workflows.
- Authentication hardening — forced credential updates on initial access to close a default-administrator risk.
